Recipe of the WeekComplete Recipe Archive![]() Apple Cherry Salad With PecansThis nutrient-rich version of the Apple Waldorf Salad contains more apples (with the skin on for increased nutrients and fiber) and the latest superfood fruit: dried cherries. Scientific research indicates that they may provide anti-inflammatory properties, help control diabetes and reduce heart disease and cancer risk.
