Tropical Fruit Salad

Fruit salad is the perfect complement to any meal, from everyday dinners to holiday gatherings. Just choose canned varieties packed in juice or light syrup and frozen fruit without sugary syrup. Save prep time by using the canned and frozen fruits along with a few easy-to-cut fresh items. Just one serving of this quick and easy fruit salad provides your daily dose of vitamin C!

Makes 10 cups (10 servings, 1 cup per serving)

Ingredients

3 cans (15.25 ounces) tropical mixed fruit in light syrup, drained
1 can (15 ounces) mandarin oranges in juice, undrained
1 bag (12 ounces) frozen mango chunks
4 kiwifruit, sliced
3 large bananas, sliced into chunks

Directions

1. Combine all fruit in large bowl and stir.

2. Refrigerate leftovers in tightly covered container.
